Yes, it is possible to repeat the GATE examination even after the completion of graduation. So you can apply for GATE after your 4th year as well.

There are two things –
One, you want to clear GATE and second you want to score a good rank. For No.1, just Study for a month from any Xyz BT book.
For No. 2, you have to follow a long and laborious path, I think 6-8 months are necessary for GATE prep. Just make proper time schedules, undertake regular test and study regularly
Now coming to the books
The wonder and magic book - Biotechnology a problem approach by pathfinder academy (don't make a mistake to overlook this book.)

GATE is the one of most popular and best exam for engineer's career. By cracking GATE exam, a lots of career options are enable for an engineer. This exam is also counted as the toughest exam. That is really true. Mathematics questions are really tough in this exam, but it also depend on your hard work and practice.

IISc admits close to 400 students across different programs of PG. Basic eligibility is graduation in engineering and clearing of GATE paper. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Hi Vedant,
GATE scores are accepted in Germany. However, you should check the entry requirements, you may not even require to take any test other than IELTS and German language proficiency tests.
