GRE score is not a mandatory requirement for MS in German Universities, but a good score will enhance your chances in getting admission for MS. Different departments have their own criteria for selection of candidates for MS. You are advised to look at the details of departments in which you want to do MS.

Hello Vishal,
I am sure by now you would have registered already for GATE 2017. Syllabus for mechanical engineering is also available. Previous year's question papers are also available. You will notice that questions invariably cover complete syllabus. Out of this, you will like some and not like some. But, you must prepare for all. That is the only key to crack this exam.

Yes, you can wear a watch during GATE exam provided the watch you wear is not a smart watch.

Dear,
As per the guidelines mentioned on the GATE website, there is no percentage restriction. They require a Bachelors degree in technology. Even those students who are in their 7th or 8th semester, they can apply for GATE exam.
