Yes, non-GATE applicants willing to get into M.Tech at IIT Gandhinagar are required to appear for the institute level entrance test. However, all candidates are required to appear for the Personal Interview round for final selection. In addition to this, BTech graduates from the IITs with CGPA/ CPI of 8.0 or above (on a scale of 10) are eligible to get admission to M.Tech at IIT Gandhinagar without GATE. Other than GATE or the criteria state above, candidates are required to be a pass in BE/ BTech/ MSc or equivalent in appropriate branches with a minimum of 55% aggregate or 5.5 on a 10-point scale (50% aggregate for SC /ST). COAP 2023 Round 10 (additional round of offers) was held between Jul 14 and Jul 15. GATE COAP counselling registration begins after the GATE result declaration. This year, the counselling registration started from Mar 18 and the window was open till May 10. The selection process for the Master of Technology programme at UIET Chandigarh is based on the GATE entrance exam. IISc Bangalore (result announcing body of GATE) will announce the GATE 2024 result on March 25. To check the result, students will need to enter their GATE enrollment ID, registered email ID, and date of birth. In 2024, IISc Bangalore will conduct the GATE exam. This exam also opens various opportunities for engineering and Science graduates to work in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and in the field of research. Yes, GATE 2024 exam dates have been announced. IISc Bangalore will conduct the GATE 2024 exam on February 3, 4, 10, and 11. The GATE 2024 application form will release on Aug 24 on the official website at gate.iisc.ac.in. The organising institute for GATE 2024 is IISc Bangalore. The exam will be conducted online as a computer-based test for 29 papers. Students will be required to solve 65 questions in 180 minutes (3 hours). Yes, GITAM, offer the possibility of joining an M.Tech programme without a GATE score. They often have a provision for admission through their own entrance exams or based on academic merit. The exam is called GAT PG (Engineering). To  be eligible for GAT the candidates need to make sure  they have 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying examination from a recognised university and achieved a competitive score in GAT (Engineering PG) 2023. Additionally, candidates must hold a BE/BTech/AMIE degree in disciplines such as ECE, EEE, EIE, Instrumentation, CSE, IT, or an equivalent qualification.
