Yes, there are 90% chances that you will get Gayatri Vidya Parishad College in the first phase, in the second phase of allotment, you'll definitely get admission there.

No, you won't get seat in GVPEC in any of the counselling rounds, because of good reputation it will be choose by the top rankers below 9000 for CSE and ECE groups. All the best.

It is quite difficult to get ECE seat in GVPEC, because your rank is not enough to get admission into this college due to high demand for seats. All the best.
