MBA in general management has wider scope and opportunities. MBA strategy management is a good option for people with senior management experience or experience in management consulting.

If you pursue MBA from the respective countries then you do have a good chance to seek employment. A good career is dependent on many other factors apart from seeking an MBA.
However, if you have done MBA in general management from India then job opportunities in USA/Ireland would be bleak for you.

1)Management is required in all fields,it is not differ from tech or non tech-management
2) Engineers, in their fields also required management skills in the fields like marketing,production. .
3) with BE&mba, they act as techno-commercial manager
4) the same basic principles of marketing etc.,are followed there.
