Based on these facts, Pune Institute of Business Management can be considered as a decent choice to opt for Management courses.

As per my knowledge after completing plain B.Com you are suggested to take MBA specialised as finance, because the as a B.Com graduate you will be having good knowledge about finance so you could able to carry out that knowledge in MBA as well.

For Non Iims in Maharashtra there are :
1. SP JIMR
2. JBIMS
3. Narsee Monjee
4. Symbosis, Pune
5. SCHMRD
6. IIT Bombay
The best Roi is JBIMS cause the fees is 6 Lacs but the avg package is 27 Lacs.

I would prefer to do any specialisation as it will help you to gain much knowledge about a particular field and hence you can excel your skills in the same. Which will lead you better understanding of your work.

MBA is better in terms of placement because it provides a vast statement over subject and career choices. The main difference between both of them is that PGDM IN management has a narrow concept in varies with MBA.

It is totally depend on the person pursuing it. If you like to deal with workforce management you can opt for HR & if you are good at handling accounts you can opt finance as your specialisation. These are the best two options in my POV.
