No bifocal basically comprises of six vocational courses that are not exactly part of general Science. These are, computer Science, civil engineering, electric and mechanically maintenance, etc. If you're taking PCMB then it's part of general Science not bifocal.

Delhi Technological University indeed offers lateral entry for B.Tech in different branches but the websites clearly says the eligibility as Diploma in any branch of engineering or its equivalent as given by Delhi University for different universities. Now whether 3 years Diploma is equivalent to B.Sc. Or not in a moot point. Actually, some States have deemed B.Sc. As the eligible condition for lateral admission in engineering along with Diploma holders but B.Sc cannot be declared as deemed to be equivalent to Diploma.
