DU is one of the top university of India. Every time the cuoff is high the colleges of north campus need above 90% for admission to undergraduate courses. South campus colleges have cutoff a bit low if you get 70-80% you will get to any arts subject. All the best

No, you can't. Geography is practical-based and if you don't have it in your Bachelor's degree then you can't pursue Master's degree.

Logically yes, if at all you want try with IITs and NITs, BITS, PSG type of institutions. But professionally, if you want to go for worthwhile career ME/M.Tech/MS by research are better than M.Sc. Make your choice to your hearts content.
