To be eligible for admission into BCA, a candidate needs to score at least 45% in their +2. The eligibility criteria is different for every university. Some universities demand for 60% in +2 with Maths and computer Science as mandatory subjects and some universities don't. So, it depends upon from which university you want to do your BCA. You can buy the model question papers from Makhtaba in JMI and can study any basic book which is based on geography. You can buy MA Geography entrance book of DU.

If you did class 12th regular/private, then only you can take admission for BA /B.Sc in geography. After Diploma in mechanical engineering, you are not eligible for that. You can do B.E. / B.Tech.
