It is great that you want to go for higher studies, but I can see you being confused of what to choose, let me make it clear you have opportunities to do MBA in Geoinformatics in India in few colleges across. Why don't you try those colleges? You want to sustain and you have a dream work rightly on it you will create a great career opportunity ahead. MBA will you give you managerial skills and to specialize your field of interest also. So, I put forward this suggestion for you. I hope this was helpful.

Minimum eligibility to apply for PG courses at Symbiosis International is at least 50% marks in graduation from a recognized university or equivalent.
There is a provision of 5% relaxation for SC/ST category students.
For course specific eligibility, refer to the university prospectus.
