While NASA is primarily known for its space exploration missions, the agency also conducts extensive research on Earth's atmosphere, oceans, climate, and geological processes.

Geo physics is the most influential course in India these days and also, it has the widest network to work with.
Therefore, in my opinion, geophysics is good to opt, if you are interested to pursue.

Every university has a different curriculum and therefore, there is a difference in years of the degree. The career options after M.Sc tech geophysics and M.Sc geophysics will be a bit different, you will have more scope after M.Sc tech geophysics than M.Sc geophysics.
