German public universities offer some fully English-taught degrees, but most often than not study programmes are partially taught in English and partially in German. Some options for you are: IUBH University of Applied Sciences. Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA in Germany
German universities belong two types namely, public and private. Each university has different eligibility criteria for MBA in Germany. It is possible to pursue MBA in Germany without work experience unlike it many countries where prior work experience is a prerequisite for an MBA degree. German universities are not regulated by a central body making the MBA in Germany requirements quite variable. But the generalized criteria for pursuing MBA in Germany are as follows:
A Bachelors degree equivalent to a German Bachelors degree in relevant subjects, it could be a 4-year degree or a 3-year degree

Universities may therefore require you to prove your proficiency in the language by asking you to take the TestDaF or the DSH. For Masters it's not that strict.
