The cut-off for language courses except for English is generally low in Delhi University. I would recommend you to keep your hopes up as you may get admission in DU for German.

A Bachelors degree equivalent to a German Bachelors degree in relevant subjects, it could be a 4-year degree or a 3-year degree with 1-year master's degree. Valid score in GMAT/GRE/IELTS/TOEFL. Basic knowledge of German Language.

No, you can't, you have to study in one college at a time otherwise your degree will be canceled. If it is a Diploma course, you can do it.

There is a Diploma course available in Viva Bharti University for German. It is a one year full time course. The eligibility criteria for admission is that the candidate must be a class 12th grade pass out with aggregate marks of 50%.
