Hi,
Yes, Masters courses are available in English in many university and do not ask for German language proficiency. Check the language of instruction and proceed accordingly. You need to see university-Assist portal to apply to German universities.

Hi Aditi, IGNOU is one of the few open universities so well known and recognised. With a IGNOU degree you can apply for a Masters in Germany, admission will depend on how excellent your academics have been.

Hello Rizwan,
It is very heartening to know that you are interested in doing your MS in Germany after completion of your engineering graduation in India. These days many students are heading to universities / institutions abroad for their PG. But a word of caution. There are many nuances before one gets admission. Hence I would recommend that you should approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for MS and particularly to Germany.
