Yes, you will definitely get admission.
Eligibility for this course is as follows:
10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks. Once this is fulfilled, you can apply for any certificate course in Ramjas College. Ramjas College has an offline admission process. So, you'd have to visit the college and go through the required procedure in order to get admission.

If you opt for a course taught in German language, then obviously, your language proficiency comes into the picture. The university will even ask for a TestDaF Zertifikat. Unfortunately, most of the courses are offered in Deutsch as the locals would very rarely go for English learning.
