Hi Guru Prasad,
The main criteria is to complete your Bachelor degree with very good grades. German universities only accept a brilliant students. Along with it, you must have a strong research profile. Take IELTS too. You can consider taking GATE but not compulsory.

Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. For UG courses such as B.Tech Mechanical engineering score of 90% in 10+2 board is expected for admission. In addition, most of the German Universities have following eligibility criteria:
(a) Cleared your JEE Advanced
(b) Completed one year of Bachelor degree education from a recognized university in India
(c) Cleared the Feststellungsprfung the entrance exam for different universities you would take to signify effective completion of Studienkolleg. Studienkolleg is a public institution that offers you preparatory courses in the desired subjects in case your educationa

To practice medicine profession abroad, in any country abroad you must pass the respective council exam and meet their standards. Check the ABDA website which is the Pharmacy Council of Germany.

Hi Trivendra, you will need a solid project work comprising of high class research, publications etc to be enrolled into the program of your choice in a German institute. Your grades are alright but not enough so work towards a good internship.

Hi Raj, with 10 backlogs it is not recommended you apply to Germany. German universities are very competitive and only admits high-caliber students. Also GRE is not required so it won't make a difference. If you have taken the GRE then apply to US or check in Australia and Singapore etc.
