To pursue Bachelor's degree in Germany, applicants must complete 13 years of education. If you have completed your 12th, you should meet one of the following requirements:1. Completing the first year of a Bachelor programme from a recognised university in India in the relevant subject field.2. Clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination 3. In addition to these, you must have very good percentage and must clear IELTS. You must also know German language.

You can opt for MS IT. German universities are competitive, so you should check if they will accept IGNOU degree or not. You must have high scores to get admission and you may be required to take GRE. IELTS will also be required with German language.

Generally, IELTS score is required. If you are an average student, then you can consider taking GRE or GATE. The eligibility criteria vary with universities, you must check the websites to know the university requirements. All German universities are very competitive. If you don't have around 75% to 85%, then the chances of admissions are less.

You have a very good profile and the chances are very high. I will also advice you to learn German language. Though, it is not compulsory for MS students, but it is highly recommended. You must also take the IELTS exam. Your internship and project work, reference letters from teachers, statement of interest will be very important. You can refer to the DAAD website for admissions process.

Hi,
Germany is very competitive and you must have excellent academic grades. Compared to Germany, Ireland would be easier if you are an average student. As an international student you must submit a valid IELTS score. For further requirements you must visit the universities. Kindly, check:

Top ones like Mannheim and WHU Otto Beisheim Business Schools require very good grades, high GMAT scores and work experience of may be 2 to 3 years. Different B-schools may have slightly flexible requirement which you must check on their websites.
