On the other hand universities abroad base their acceptance not only on this but very many other aspects viz your extracurricular activities, how much you have involved yourself in social activities etc. There are many nuances which need to be taken into account when you are applying abroad for MS. Hello Prasad,
Backlogs is the bane of many Indian students. Normally speaking students with backlogs have less chance of getting admission in an institute abroad. This is so since there are plenty if students with excellent academic records knocking at the doors for admission. But it is no bar. Many students with backlogs have indeed obtained admission. I would therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad or specifically to Germany. There are many nuances in the process & only specialised agencies are aware of it.
Best wishes.

Yes, overall a good option. If you are interested to work in German corporates you might be exposed to a good network. Post study work option and PR options are also quite good. But, not every university has a good MBA programme. You must check for top ones like Mannheim, Frankfurt, Otto Beisheim etc.
