Hi Boby Soni,
To pursue your Masters in Germany, you must have completed your Bachelor's degree with very good percentage. Say above 80% is recommended. You must also take IELTS. Additional knowledge of the German language is also recommended.

No doubt, Germany is good option for pursuing Engineering. It is the best place for technical innovations, it is a quite obvious option for most of the students, who looks for an engineering degree is to first consider his or her study options in Germany.

I will say, it completely depends on university requirements, you might get admission with 60% marks, but it is not guarantee that you will get admission in top universities, some individuals got admission even with 55% marks. It is a university requirement. I would suggest you to kindly check with university for which you are applying. Thank you.

Apart from the basic requirement, universities may also require GMAT/GRE and similarly for international courses IELTS/TOEFL is a requirement and might also require a basic knowledge of German language. The application process for MBA in Germany is same to the application process for UG courses.

Hi Aravind,
The CGPA is too low, though you can apply but your application won't be accepted because of the low percentage. You can try other countries like Australia and if interested in Europe then you can try Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, etc.

Your class 12th percentage must be above 75%. In Germany, universities ask for 13 years of education but in India, we have 12 years of studying experience. So you have three options:
1. Clear IIT-JEE Main and Advanced
2. Spend a year at a university in India
3. Do Studienkolleg
After that, you need to pass TestDaf up to level c2 to prove your knowledge of German language. The requirements of your respective field can be found on the website of the university.

In Technical University of Berlin, BE in mechanical engineering is taught in German but in the 4th year some courses may be taught in English. You need to prove that you are good at German by passing German language test, e.g., Testdaf of any other.
