For TUM, GATE score should be high enough. But writing only GATE is not enough, you have to write GRE tougher and trickier than GATE to study abroad.

The admission requirements vary depending on whether you want to do- UG or PG.
International students must take IELTS if you want to do MBA. You must take GMAT or GRE. Overall, you must also have a good academic background.

Competitive entrance exams including SAT, MCAT, ISAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS and the TOEFL are required for abroad studies. TOEFL and IELTS top the list of exams in terms of the sheer number of international students involved in the process of taking either one of the tests to demonstrate their English language skills.

Germany may not the right place for hotel management studies. Germany has a name for business education, medical and engineering education. Canada or Malaysia would be the better options for hotel management courses.

To study in Germany applicants must have 13 year education not 12, if you fulfill this requirement and have very good grades you can pursue your course. It is best you check with DAAD officials once, check DAAD India website and email them.
