You need to do IELTS and obtain minimum 6.5 band over all and minimum 6 band in all components. You can apply directly to university online. However, as you are new to the procedures it is better to contact some education consultants, who can process your application to get your admission and visa.

It would be nice to know for what reasons are those colleges in India have attained top 50 positions. If there is any such major difference among the 50 and a regular college in any foreign country, then why follow the crowd and go with the 50? Nothing can be compensated the experiences that can be attained in a foreign land.

Germany is a pretty great country for engineering. The courses are competitive and great. Also, the majority of the education is free there. You just have to pay for your visa and living cost. In most of the universities, the medium of lectures is German. But some of them do have English as the medium of communication. If you are considering engineering then it's a good idea to go for Germany.

Dear Shivansh,
2 LPA is not even sufficient to study in India, hence definitely you need the scholarships for Bachelor's. However, USA is the best destination to do BS in CSE. For this, you need to score exceptional good marks in GRE. Based upon your entrance score, class 12th marks and other achievements make your profile better for American universities.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Then, why would there be so many students going abroad or Germany to study if they do not get job? There always be such negative statements made. It would be wiser to out your efforts in studies rather than in issues like this and get good grades and practical knowledge so that you can have a good job profile.

Most of the universities in Germany for engineering comes under the best university rankings. So, it would be difficult to say if there is any cheap university. But your fees may get some concession if you have scored well and have good grades in what you have studied prior.
