Dear,
In Germany, it is possible to get the MBA degree in different ways. Doing it as a full time study programme it takes 12 to 24 months to get the degree, depending on programme, state and university. It is also possible to do the MBA as half-time studies. Then, it is possible to keep working in ones company and study at evenings or at the weekend to get the degree. Because of the limited study time, it therefore, takes longer to get the degree.

Hi, a good academic track record is required for admissions into German universities. Since you did not mention your B.Tech percentile, it is difficult to evaluate your profile and guide you.

Dear Aryan, Without the English language test, admission chances will be very slim. Your visa will be rejected straightaway. If you are planning to apply for an undergraduate course in Germany, you must also have fluency in German language since a majority of the courses at the undergraduate level are taught in the German language. Another issue you could be facing is 12-year education, German universities require 13-years education so you must have another year of schooling or college after 12th. Students from India generally enrolls into a Bachelor's degree course in India, completes the first year with very high academic grades and

This would depend a lot on your interest areas and career aspirations.
If you want to technical/research based areas then MS is good. However, if you are keen on a general management area then you should go for MBA.

Hi Sion Raymonds,
Backlogs are not good if you are applying to German universities. You can try applying but it will be a challenge. Admissions will depend on your overall admission profile, SOP, LORs, project works, research, publication, etc. Check with DAAD India, attend some workshops and see if you can be eligible for a few of the universities or keep other country options open.

Hi Suraj,
Free colleges in Germany are extremely competitive, for admissions you must have more than 80% or so and be fluent in the German language. There is no placement concept, they are world famous universities and have industrial tie-ups. You must network and take assistance from the student support and career cell.

HI Rahul, RWTH Aachen, TU Munich, TU Berlin, Heidelberg University, University of Stuttgart are among the best ones. There are many more. You can check the DAAD India website for more options. You have to take the IELTS and have German language fluency depending on the university's admission requirement. You may choose to take GATE but not at all compulsory. Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding MS courses from Germany. You might have to appear for the GRE exam which is a pre-requisite for MS courses in many colleges abroad. You may also have to clear an english proficiency test which measures your ability to communicate in english. However, if the medium of instruction was english in your school you may not have to appear for the language test. Other than that you can browse different college which offer MS courses in Germany at the link provided below.
