You have to clear your Bachelor's degree with very good marks, more than 75% is required. Also to study in Canada you must have 4 year Bachelor's degree since they don't accept 3 year degree courses. You must also take IELTS to meet English language requirements. Your admissions will also depend on your SOP, LORs, project work, internships, extracurricular activities etc.

Without work experience and basis the academics, MBA is not the right program for you at the moment. Look for MS programs. But if you want to do MBA then gain 2-3 years of work experience and take the GMAT, get into a good b-school.

It would require a very strong profile from your end to gain admissions in Germany. Also because your work experience was in a different field it will be challenging now. Relevant publications, patents, high quality projects in addition to having an outstanding academic profile is a must. You are advised to get in touch with DAAD officials before you apply.
