Admissions are competitive in Germany. The general procedure is online and you must apply visa university-ASSIST, it is the common application portal for applying to German universities. GRE is not a requirement for Germany. You need to be highly academic, 75% is preferred. In addition quality project work, research work, publications, any patent work, etc. must be demonstrated. Your application must be convincing. As an international student, you have to take the IELTS as well. The German language is preferred but not mandatory however if your profile is not too competitive I would suggest you take up to b2 level certification. Al

Your percentile is very good and Germany is a very good place for pharmacy study. For the exact course choice and specialisation, you must check the university websites, program information, career outcome and also check the labor shortage skill list of Germany and Europe as a whole. You should know which course you want to study, isn't it? If you are not unsure then first know what you want and don't apply to foreign universities just for the sake of it.

Though knowledge of German language is highly recommended, it may not be compulsory, a number of universities offer German language classes to the international students at Masters level.
