Hi Ankush,
It ultimately depends on where you want to settle down. If you want to work in India then obtaining a degree here is only better or apply to a very good university abroad so that employers here accept your degree. France, Germany and even Switzerland are good options. Gain some work experience there too.

Hi Shreya,
Procedure for admission into a medical or pharma related field in Germany is very different. You must pass the State Examination and also international students must go through some pre-requisite courses. You should also check the rules for a job after you complete your MS. Check the DAAD website and also check university websites such as the University of Heidelberg which is quite a big name in this area of study.
