Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. For UG courses such as B.Tech Mechanical engineering score of 90% in 10+2 board is expected for admission. In addition most of German Universities have following eligibility criteria:
(a)Cleared your JEE Advanced
(b)Completed one year of Bachelor degree education from a recognized university in India

This portal only caters to higher education queries, if you are looking for a job and immigration you may have to check a job portal. Different job roles have different requirements which you will find on job portals and immigration websites only.

This will depend on whether you want to do Bachelor's or Master's degree. If you are planning for Bachelor's degree, you must complete 13 years of education that is another year of formal schooling after class 12th. Mention your profile in a better way for better guidance.
