Yes, your Masters should definitely earn you some points with the admissions department in Leibniz University, as you have already completed your Masters in a discipline. However, other aspects of your application like your undergraduate field of study should be strong as well. Top universities take into account your work experience, college where you graduated from, etc.

I think you can pursue B.Tech from reputed colleges in India and then you shall go for Masters course in Germany. If you pursue B.Tech from NIT or IIIT with high CGPA like 9.5 then it would be beneficial to get placed in MNC companies.

Hi,
Chances are strong. A second Masters in Germany can be done but you must show very good justification on your part.Your project works, research oriented work, publications if any, letters of recommendation, SOP, etc. will be counted.

Hi Vedant,
You can apply to other countries but not Germany. They don't see a Polytechnic Diploma or any Diploma as a qualifier to Bachelor degree. If you want to study in Germany, you must clear IIT JEE Advanced or complete the first year of a Bachelor degree course in India. Learn the German language too.

Hello Irfan,
Firstly, let me congratulate you on passing your graduation in engineering and dressing of admission for MS in Germany. Germany is the desired destination of many students while seats are limited hence there is tough competition. I would advise you to approach specialised agency since there are many nuances and formalities in whole process.
Best wishes
