Hi, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, RWTH Aachen, Technical University of Berlin, Technical University of Munich, University of Stuttgart are some of the famous ones. There is no on-campus placement facilities abroad, universities have career assistance departments instead. Holding a degree from any of these universities will itself pave way for a global recognition and career. But getting a job will finally depend on your skills and how you perform in class.

Hi Mohan,
With 7.9 CGPA, it will be challenging to apply to German universities unless you have a very good profile , project works, publications etc. They typically prefer around 9. Your SOP must be very strong and also the LORs will be very important. Opportunities overall are good in Germany but your individual growth will depend on your academic performance, research and project work etc . You have to be a high caliber student.

Hello Nitesh,
You are asking a very interesting query. You have completed 12th in commerce and now wish to do graduation in humanities in Germany. Right? Germany is quite firm on allowing students with excellent academic record only to study in their country. Hence I feel that you have very slim chance.

It depends upon what hits you the most from the following points:
1. Interested in projects related to your field or want to do research on any part of your field? - Go for MS
2. You have a great knowledge about your field and you are in no mood to get deep into your studies , just want to earn well? - Go for M.tech
3. You are a leader and you feel like to have your own business some day or be a CEO to one of topmost firm ? - Go for MBA but not from any university located in germany.
Hope this helps. All the best.

Germany is good for businesses management but not so good that you should go their leaving your country to study. You should rather look for some other option.
