Hi Sushant,
Diplomas are not accepted by German universities. You can pursue your degree but after satisfying the admission requirements. Please enroll into a Bachelor degree program in a recognized institute and complete the first year with very good grades. Check the ANABIN website for your degree equivalency. Since most UG programmes are taught in German, knowing German language is mandatory for many universities. Take your IELTS too. Also check the DAAD website:

Hi Sonal,
Check Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, Kleve. For more options you should check the DAAD website:
https://www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programs/en/?p=l&q=°ree[]=1&fos=6&lang[]=2&fee[]=0&sortBy=1&page=1&display=list
Remember majority of the Bachelor degree programs are taught in German so you will find very limited options.

Hi Harsh,
As mentioned earlier you cannot apply after a Diploma. You can apply to a bachelor degree program in India and complete the first year with good grades. You can be eligible after clearing IIT JEE Advanced too. For universities, etc. check DAAD website:

Hello,
Every though every experience counts but it depends on where have you worked, in what capacity, your leadership skills & decision making capacity during your work experience. So, you may look at your past experience & make a strong resume, have a word with few seniors or clients to have their letter of recommendation for your strong application besides writing strong essays. Your applications quality in all would contribute to acceptance in the countries you mentioned.

Hello, unfortunately you are not eligible with those grades and current profile. More so, admissions into MBA programs are competitive and applicants are required to hold solid work experience of 2 to 3 years. A very good GMAT and IELTS scores are also required. You may consider PGDM or MS Management programs from Australia or UK.
