(a) High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies. A score of above 80% in all semesters is a good academic record.
(b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in the German language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English by TOEFL or IELTS score.

The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities. General eligibility criteria to in German University is as follows:
(a)High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.

Hi Pranay,
The national universities are free and extremely competitive for international students to get into a free university. German universities require 13 years education, hence after your 12th you must either clear IIT JEE Advanced to be eligible to apply to a Bachelor's degree program. Another option is to enroll into a Bachelor degree in India and complete the first year. Excellent academic grades, knowledge of German language and IELTS scores are pre-requisites.
