After 12th, you can enrol into a Bachelor degree and complete the first year with very good grades or you can clear the IIT JEE Advanced. You must also learn German language and take your IELTS. 80% and above is recommended. The higher the grades the better. Some universities even require 90% and higher. You must also note that you cannot apply after 12th. There is no coaching required to do MS in Germany. You must concentrate on your studies and try to obtain excellent grading in your current engineering degree. You must try to build your personality and technical skills beyond your degree syllabus by joining an Technical group or Community of Practice. MBA programs require work experience, several top notch business schools in Germany and other countries abroad requires at least 3 years of work experience and also you must take your GMAT or GRE. Without work experience you should look for a MS management degree.
