Diplomas are not accepted for admissions to German universities. You must either clear IIT JEE Advanced or enroll into a Bachelor degree program and complete the first year. Additionally, you must know German language and must also take the IELTS. Please refer to the DAAD website for more information:

Australia is a better option for you, rest are competitive with respect to your grades and US, Canada don't accept 3-year Bachelor's degree. You can look for accounts or finance programs but the course choice is completely yours, depending on your interest and future plans.

To pursue Bachelor's degree in Germany, applicants must complete 13 years of education. If you have completed your 12th, you should meet one of the following requirements:1. Completing the first year of a Bachelor programme from a recognised university in India in the relevant subject field.2. Clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination 3. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany, called Feststellungsprfung.
In addition to these, you must have very good percentage and must clear IELTS. You must also know German language.
