German higher education institutes requires applicants to complete 13 years of education, hence Jai you must complete an additional year of education and cannot apply after 12th. Typically students from India complete their first year of a Bachelor's degree program and then apply to German universities. There are other options like Studienkolleg and an entrance called JEE Advance, this information can be found on the DAAD website. Please take a look. Your grades are very good so chances are good too.

Canada is the preferred choice and has some good MBA programs, but entry can be very competitive. Usually, you need 4 years Bachelors degree and minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience and a minimum GMAT score of 550 to 650.
The job prospects are also good as after completing 2 years MBA, you will be eligible for a 3 years open work permit in Canada.

Vatsal,
You must firstly check which all universities offer a Masters program in hospital management. I will urge you to check the DAAD website. A few related programs are MBA in International Healthcare Management -Frankfurt School of Finance & Managemen and Master in Health and Medical Management-Friedrich-Alexander Universitt Erlangen-Nrnberg. You must also check if the programs are offered in German or English. Clearing GMAT and IELTS might be essential.
