Hi Ashish,
Every university in Germany is actually 'best'. You need not worry where you are studying in Germany. Some options include TH Koln (University of Applied Sciences), Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, RWTH Aachen, University of Bremen etc. You will find more options on DAAD website.

Hi Jeinil,
Germany is regarded to be the best country for mechanical and automobile studies. Canada is a great option, so you can check universities for both countries. Admissions are competitive, so you must have a good profile.
German universities require very high academic grades, whereas top universities in Canada requires at least 75%. Job opportunities in Germany are quite good. On the other hand, Canada too offer post study work options. Narrow down your choices as per your suitability. If your sole interest is in research, then Germany could be the best option. To get a job, depend on your skills and qualification.

Germany have very high education standards. Unfortunately, your percentage is too low. IELTS for your information is required for English language proficiency and will not help in any manner, if your academics are poor. Do look out for other countries such as Poland, Australia, Malaysia, etc.

Dear Malay,
Germany is the number one country for mechanical engineering studies. You must maintain your good academic record to be accepted by a German university. Scholarships are given on the merit basis, you may visit the DAAD website for information on scholarships to Indian students. You can learn German language, you need to show interest in research and development, you should work towards a publication for brighter prospects.

Germany is best for two reasons. Firstly, the standards of education is world class and secondly, the degrees are inexpensive in comparison to the most sought after destination of USA. You do have good chances of getting work visa as well.
