Hello,
With regards to PR, Australia is the better option. The country also offers work permit to international students. The University Of Melbourne, The University Of Sydney and The University Of New South Wales are world known. It is however a well known fact that USA is home to all the top universities. But there is little chance of PR options.

You can choose EU B-school, Munich campus. It is one of the best management institutes in Europe, but other management courses in Germany are not as good as compared to US, UK, and Australia, so think before you try and you can also choose INSEAD, France. It is on the list of top 20 B-schools in the world, and French government also provides various concessions for international students, so you can try.

While the USA is the hub of big data, Germany provides you the best quality education. Germany is less expensive as compared to the USA.

Yes, you can apply for winter intake in 2017. For that, you have to maintain your UG score (75%), and you need to score well in IELTS exam (6 band). Also, try to learn the German language. It will be an added advantage on your part.

The chances to get admission in German Universities are limited, unless you improve your performance because your current academic performance does not meet requirements of overall good academic records.

You need to appear for IELTS/TOEFL. Some of the universities require GRE score. Some universities need German language, so you have to check the criteria with different universities.

Hi friend,
University of Stuttgart, TU Darmstadt, Munich University of Applied Science, FH Aachen, TU Braunswick and Bremen University of Applied Science are some of the best. You may refer to QS World Rankings for more options. Scholarships are quite competitive in Germany though all universities have financial aid. You must have excellent grades to be considered for scholarships.

Yes, Germany is the best place for mechanical engineers. I will suggest you to increase your percentage, maintain it around 75% and try to score over 6 band in IELTS. Also, if possible, you can learn German language. All the best.
