With 42%, the only possible options are extremely low grade universities, you will not be granted a visa and might be even deported back to India, such is the situation. This is not to demotivate you, but you need to be aware of the reality outside. Check for options in India, if you do well in engineering and score above 55%, you may consider going abroad.

It is not that easy. First, you have to pursue a degree or Diploma course in any of the technical fields. You need to have some work experience if you want to study in Germany. Also, you need to learn German language.

You may face challenges in getting admission in Ph.D abroad because with MCA degree by distance learning you may have difficulty is showing consistent academic performance. You are advised to try seeking admission in German universities. You may also not face similar challenges in India.

If the university you desire to apply to are offering the programs in German language you need to learn German. For all such details DAAD is the site you need to refer to. Academic track record is the most important factor when it comes to German universities so focus on your studies. Project work , final year projects etc will count. IELTS will be required too.
