Hey there! If you have completed your BTech why you want to pursue another BEng? Assuming that you are looking to pursue an MTech. you may want to consider UK/Ireland/USA/Australia/NZ. Hi , typically universities in Germany and UK do not require additional tests such as GRE. However, yes do require TOEFL or IELTS from international students. Scholarships are given on merit basis and only a test score cannot define it. If you take GRE aim for a score of nothing less than 315 and IELTS scores above 7. Which field would be good for you is one thing you will know, you must decide what to study and then check for requirements. Are you planning to stick to chemical engineering or trying to shift to management?

It is not mandatory to know German to study MS in German Universities. But it is a necessity. You may chose universities conducting MS for international students. You will require german language knowledge for day to day interaction with locals. If medium of instructions in MS is German you need Advance German.

What is your bachelors' degree? Both Environment and Geology are good but would have been better had you been doing masters from France. For Germany - Safety Management is better.

IELTS is more demanding than TOEFL. For Germany, you have to score minimum 6 bands in IELTS. IELTS is excellent option for global education than any other source.
