Before applying for bachelor degree you must have 13 years education. You can meet this requirement by completing the first year of a bachelor's degree program in India or taking the Studienkollege program from the university in Germany. In addition to study in University of Bayreuth all international students must have B2 level proficiency in German language apart from IELTS or TOEFL scores. You will find more details on the international admission page of the university website.

If you are planning for MBA, I will not suggest you to take up your studies at a low cost lesser known university abroad. In that case you can try one of the top ranked in India itself. What you learn in your classroom, your network you establish, the corporate tie ups you make will be extremely vital when you pursue your MBA. So, try hard for a reputed university.

Advantages are twin fold - one it is cheaper than options in USA and other famous countries. Two, you learn another languages. If you plan to settle in Europe, it might be an excellent option.
Disadvantages - Germany as a country is more recognized for its technical programs, especially for its engineering studies. German Universities are not that widely known when it comes to their MBA program. Some public universities and a few private ones are famous enough but strictly ranking them, they do not level in the top 100 programs of the world.
