Not in Germany, but you can pursue 11th and 12th which are called associate degrees in Canada from a local community college or a junior college.

There are no diploma courses in Germany as such. If you are interested for PG Diploma courses look for options in Canada, NZ and Australia.

Dear Navjeet, education in Germany is almost free. What they charge is a minimal semester fee or convenience fee if around 500 Euro.

Australia,because Germany is famous for his automobile infrastructure there is world class jobs in automobile sector,on the other side Australia gives more CS and architect based jobs the companies like CISCO and Cap Gemini having the major recruitment from Australia.

Yes Germany is a very good choice for MS but you should know German language and also it's tuition fee is not free so you should keep handful of money with you for MS.overall it's a good place and you will get a wonderful job after that.
