Hi
For master's in usa and Germany, you need to take GMAT/ GRE for mba or other areas respectively alongwith TOEFL/IELTS. Better the score in these, higher the chances of getting scholarships and admission in good universities.

Yes learning german is helpful as you need to interact outside the course too. Since you hvnt mentioned the course you are interested in, here is the list of requirements.The eligibility criteria may differ from university to university. So please refer to the University website for the eligibility criteria for the course that interests you.
1. Academics
Certification of Undergraduate study (Bachelor degree) in similar field
2. Language Requirement
If the course is completely in German, then proof of proficiency in German Language
German as a Foreign Language Test (TestDaF)
German Language Test for the Admission of Foreign study applicants

Yes, it is the best for it because of the best facilities and the world class education system. Moreover, if you get admission in state universities, the cost will be very less in comparison to countries like USA, Singapore.

If your degree is recognised in India by UGC, then you can definitely apply. Just search for your preference of college/ university at daad.de.
You will need TOEFL/IELTS for it and may be additional test as per the university criteria.

Hello, yes GRE is optional. If your grades are mediocre to average you may consider taking the GRE for higher admission prospects into the top universities. Otherwise ielts score and your high school and UG academic grades will suffice.

Degrees from Germany are recognised all over the world as they have one of the best education system. You may double check any universities recognition with AIU in India. Since, most of the state universities provide free education, it will help you save cost as well.
The other best option is Saskatchewan ,Canada. For working in india, you will require master's ad well for better placements.

German Universities do not acknowledge diplomas. and to be eligible you need to have 13 years of education.
