Hi
Since haryana board is a recognised one so there won't be any issue. For applying to Germany, you need to have good percentage 90% above + IELTS band 6 or above. While education is free but you need 8000euros to be shown in your account before admission. For rest of the info, read here:

When you do masters you have many specialised options like Automotive, Aeronautical and so on. Courses of your interest will make you do well and make you employable. instead of we suggesting you should take up your interest

Dear Anand
here are some of the best engineering colleges of Germany where you can get admission
RWTH Aachen
FU Berlin
HU Berlin
Uni Bremen
Uni Cologne
but studying in germany requires a visa and it can take months to get a visa so in order to save one year i suggest you to go in engineering in india only .there are some colleges in Northern india like chitkara university,Lpu ,amity, thapar etc that provide education with international exposure along with good placements.
best of luck.choose cautionously

when you are looking for Abroad studies you have to look things in the Global perspective. only in India and also in USA the govt does not have control over educational institutions. Germany has very good system and they offer free education for students has more than 80% marks. You first few nd put weather you are eligible for admission and try to get admission. Don't try to find out which is good and bad. unlike India most of the countries can not recruit foreign students unless the institution is recognised by the Govt.

Yes you can. Mechanical Engineering students are eligible to take up such courses. If you need admission in Germany you require 80% marks and you have to masters for two years. instead you can do in UK which is one year masters.
