Hi buddy,
In Germany each pharmacy has to be owned by a German pharmacist with the required university degree. To qualify as a pharmacist, you will have to do one year practical training and pass the exam in pharmacy. Before obtaining the license to practice, the pharmacist will also have to undergo internship under a licensed pharmacist, and pass a state examination. Besides for specialisation Germany has voluantry CE certification programme. Depends what you want to study. UG courses are generally taught in German and applicants must be fluent in German language. If you are applying for PG courses you will find courses being offered in both English and German. In addition to German language knowledge you must have very good academics.

MCA degree is conferred by Indian universities. In Germany and other countries it will have a different terminology such as MS Applied Computing, MS Computer Science and so on. See here for top colleges

Most Bachelor degree programs are offered in German language. You need to be fluent in German besides meeting other academic requirements. Check DAAD website https://www.daad.in/en/study-research-in-germany/studying-in-germany/bachelor-studies/.

Yes you're. You should score good marks in the entrance exams which ever you take, and give them a good impression about you. And also the way you write your application letter matters. Considering all these few universities might accept it few may not. But you need to have good scores in the entrances exams which you take.
