I think it is easier in comparison to other universities because they don't really have a limited capacity and can admit students purely based on merit. To study Masters in Germany, you can take IELTS and start applying. They generally do not ask for GRE scores or any other test scores. GATE scores are accepted but if you have an excellent profile you may omit. You must also look at the university websites for university specific application requirements.
