Almost all European countries accepts 15 years of education, but Germany accepts 16 years of education especially for technical education. To get admission to German universities you should have excellent academic scores of above 65 percent. You need to appear for German language proficiency test, IELTS or TOEFL and GRE exam if the university has it in the admission requirement.

You need to appear and score excellent scores IIT Advance as it is accepted by most of the German universities. If you intend to study Bachelors, then you should complete your 1 year of Bachelors studies in a recognised universities and then apply for the direct admission to the German universities. You need not to appear for SAT or ACT exam

For MS in Germany, generally no other test than IELTS is required. Admissions are based on merit, you are required to have excellent academic grades, projects, publications etc. GATE scores are accepted, so if you wish you can take it to improve admission prospects.

Need to give GRE exam.
It is not mandatory but would be recommended if you clear at least the first level, if German proficiency language test.
German universities are purely academic based university, you need to have an excellent score above 65 percent.
