Hi Meghana,Complete class 12TH with excellent grades and clear IIT-JEE Advanced or complete the first year of a B.Sc Course in India with good percentile. To apply to a German university, you must complete 13 years and not 12 years education. So, the extra year is required either for JEE Advance or complete the first year. You must also know German language, since the UG courses are mostly taught in German language.

You cannot pursue two regular courses at once. You should be doing either one of them through distance. And for admission in Germany, I would suggest choosing a university first that you want admission in and then decide on what to do to be eligible.

To study in Germany, you should have a very good academic score. You will have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL. Also, take the GRE exam. Most importantly will have to give the German language proficiency test.

Yes, you can try for MS in Germany but you have to qualify in such international exams like GRE, IELTS, GMAT, etc. but you should prefer for GATE to get admission in IITs or NITs, they have nice scope in your career. Hope it would be great.
