Check through the websites. You'll get all the colleges and also DAAD organise information-sessions in a few cities in India for Masters and Bachelors programme. Also, you can find a lot of scholarship based on the college you're pursuing in but you've to check the eligibility from that site. Hi Ashish, Universities in Germany are often funded by the state but not necessarily regulated by it. So every university decides its own eligibility criteria and cut-off. Hence, it is advisable to check the university website for the specific programs eligibility criteria. I believe, the best answer to your question can be found here:

Firstly, you have to score good marks in TOEFL or any language exam as per requirement. Then, you have to take a transcript from your college.

One needs to have 13 years education to study in Germany, you cannot apply after 12th. Complete the first year of a Bachelor's degree or opt for a studienkolleg course in a German institute. Check DAAD website.

Yes, of course. Master's Degree from Germany is valid in other national countries too. Germany is giving a proper competition to other national country like USA and UK. The degree is recognised at an international level by various countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, UK, etc.
