KIET Engineering College accept students for admission based on the common entrance test conducted by the UP state government called UPSEEE. As far as I have heard, FMS college in Delhi is known for it's PGDM, so I think that would be a better option.

The difference between a student from Delhi and Outside Delhi is in terms of rank only. The eligibility stays the same that is 60% for general/OBC and 55% for SC/ST.

I will recommend you to opt for Amity University, Noida.
