The student general criteria for enrollment in the MBA programme of GIET Engineering College is to secure an entrance test mark close to or slightly above the 70 percentiles of the test such as MAT or other equivalent normative tests. GIET (Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology) in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh in south India is recognised as a Second Tier engineering institute. There may be differences in tier classification depending on the ranking agency, the parameters adopted and the perception from the regional point of view; however, the first tier has Colleges / Universities at the pinnacle, namely the IITs and NITs. GIET, despite recognizing, is not usually categorised under this the highest level. GIET Engineering College has provision for refund of fees where ever applicable subject to condition that the college executives has to follow it as per the time schedule of which the student has applied for withdrawal. In most cases, a student who withdraws before the start of classes will get a full or most of their money back, less a fee. Yes, you can get admission in GIET Engineering College for a B.Tech programme even you have not cleared JEE. GIET Engineering College has its own reserved admission criteria and they may conduct their own entrance examination or can also accept scores Central/State level entrance examination.
