The institute offers a four-year full-time residential Fellowship Programme in Management at the doctoral level. The course is offered in 12 specialisations. Admission to FPM course is based on XAT/ CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ JRF scores followed by a PI round. The institute also considers the academic performance, work experience, research proposal and statement of purpose of the candidates. The selection is done in two rounds, namely the regular and the achiever's rounds. For the PGDM course, a small number of candidates is selected for an early interview in Goa. Aspirants eligible for the achiever’s round can apply for ACCESS scholarships. Admission to PGDM course is based on XAT, CAT, CMAT, GMAT scores followed by face-to-face evaluation and profile assessment index.
