GIM Goa admission is based on national-level Management entrance exam scores and personal interview round. For BDA and IDA, candidates also need to appear for GIM Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT) for objective assessment. Below is the selection criteria for PGDM programme:

Candidates need to complete graduation degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for the PGDM programme. Candidates appearing in the final year of the degree must obtain 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for the PGDM programme.

A pass in Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent grade along with 60% aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent is required to apply for the FPM programme.

If you are planning for an MBA and willing to switch your job, for now, I would say that the offer is worth a try. Working with one of India's retail giants will definitely add points on your resume and even your prior work experience will be an added advantage. Also, profiles like Store/floor Manager will help you explore more on your inclination towards Operations and Supply Chain Management.
